What is the Technology Club?

The Technology Club is a friendly, no-pressure gathering where members talk through the tech that's part of everyday life — smartphones, computers, the internet, apps, and staying safe online. Each month we cover a few current trends and tips, then open the floor for a "bring your tech problem" help session.

Stuck on your phone, your email, or a gadget you just bought? Bring it along. Chances are someone in the room has solved the same thing.

Do I need to be "good with technology"?

Not at all. There is no expertise required and no question is too basic. The whole point is to help each other learn at a comfortable pace, in plain English. Curiosity is the only requirement.

New? Here's how to jump in

1. 1Just show up to the next meeting — 4th Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. No registration needed.
2. 2Bring any device or question you'd like help with (write the question down so it's easy to remember).
